Recipe: Superfood Kale Salad + Grain-free, Gluten-free Croutons with Pulp Chips

Spruce up that kale salad (I see you there!) with a crunchy grain-free crouton alternative.

The Salad:

  • 1 bag of kale
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1 tbsp spicy honey
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • Pulp Pantry jalapeño lime chips, broken into pieces

Directions:

Add all ingredients except the chips to a large bowl and stir. Top your salad with the chips, avocado and cherry tomatoes. You can store massages kale in fridge for a week.
